"Be Witch!"

From Tuesday, October 7 to Saturday, November 29, 2025

La Monstrueuse Galerie  presents Be Witch!, a major group exhibition bringing together ten artists: five women, five men, and as many intersecting perspectives on the multifaceted and fascinating figure of the witch.

Through diverse mediums, the exhibition evokes at times the guardian of ancient knowledge and ally of the elements, and at others the fantastic creature from childhood tales—an embodiment of singular, timeless power, both loved and feared, admired and mistrusted.

Here, the witch reveals herself in turn as enchantress, rebel, healer, or prophetess. She converses with nature, questions our relationship to the world, and asserts a fierce independence, nourished by strength, resilience, and freedom.
